Confidentiality Agreement
By submitting your registration, you hereby understand and agree that Muskin Elam Group, LLC has been retained as the exclusive brokerage company representative for the Seller regarding the sale of the referenced property. The Seller has requested that all inquiries and communication with respect to the sale of the referenced property be directed solely to Muskin Elam Group, LLC. Muskin Elam Group, LLC has prepared marketing materials and other documents, and Seller has provided documents deemed proprietary and confidential, to be made available to the registered group, company and/or individual. Registrant acknowledges that this information is from sources believed to be reliable, but Muskin Elam Group, LLC and the Seller hereby do not make any representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the information. Any and all property information is to be independently verified by the registrant. Any and all documents and other property information received or viewed by registrant shall be deemed confidential and registrant further agrees not to disclose any such information provided in regard to the referenced property to any non-registrant or other third party without Muskin Elam Group, LLC’s prior written consent. By submitting this registration, and selecting a specific role of principal or broker, the registrant acknowledges they are acting in that capacity. Further, in selecting principal as a role, the registrant agrees that no buyer’s broker fee will be paid to the registered group, company, and/or individual or any other outside buyer’s broker by Muskin Elam Group, LLC.
